GiGi New York has a return policy for all non-personalized purchases. If not satisfied with an order, the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, is accepted when accompanied by an original GiGi New York receipt/invoice or gift receipt. Returns of merchandise are accepted in original, sellable condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If the return is not in original, sellable condition, a merchandise credit will be issued. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If the original purchase included a bonus gift, the bonus item must be returned in order to receive full credit for the original purchase price.
For shipping, GiGi New York's rates are based on the delivery option chosen during checkout, the weight and size of the order, and the delivery location. Live rates from Fed EX and USPS are used. All orders ship from Melville, New York. For shipping rates, the desired product to be purchased should be added to the cart and the address information inputted. The rates will be automatically generated.
Styles personalized through the monogramming program are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If there are defective or mis-shipped items, replacements are offered at no shipping cost. Notification should be made by email at customerservice@giginewyork.com or by phone (800) 232-5550 within 3 days of receiving the product. This ensures prompt addressing of concerns. Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at the company's discretion.
